CARRIAGE HOME MODEL A

Lead designer Marci Tempesta, of Decker Ross Interiors, created a beautiful contemporary transitional design for JMC’s Carriage Home Model at Belleview Place.  Marci’s design concept compliments the carefree resort-lifestyle with the Belleair Country Club and the Belleview Inn within walking distance.

The use of textural contrast enriches the overall design aesthetic throughout this lovely Carriage Home. In the Grand Salon, cobalt blue adds a rich accent to the neutral color palette, and dark hardwood floors offer a nice contrast to the light walls and white moulding.  A floor-to-ceiling stackstone fireplace wall flanked by custom built-in book cases creates a perfect accent wall in the living area. In the adjacent dining room, a unique amber art glass chandelier provides an eye catching focal point over the dining room table.  The bedrooms and study continue the sophisticated design aesthetic throughout the rest of this lovely two story home.
