Retreat At Crosstown Clubhouse
After interviewing the clients, designers Jen Kravchuk and Cara Mayes determined the desired design aesthetic for the redesigned Clubhouse would be a“Cabana Retreat” look. They created a fun, durable, unique space with multiple seating areas, featuring bold orange, cobalt blue and grey stripes. Pops of color were added in art, accessories, pillows, window treatments, along with painted accent walls, which helped define the various spaces. Jen and Cara utilized warm wood tones, woven rattan, a coco-shell cocktail table, and grey pen shell finish on the coffee bar to add interest to the large space. Creative embroidered coral drapery panels on decorative medallions accented the unique arched windows. Additional window treatments included woven grasscloth fabric cornices, with decorative beads. As you can see from the photographs of the finished project, a beautiful, comfortable “Cabana Retreat” was created for the numerous residents and staff to enjoy for many years to come.
