Nestled on the beautiful grounds of the historic Belleview Biltmore property in Belleair, JMC’s Belleview Place offers that quintessential southwest Florida relaxed lifestyle, along with touches of sophisticated glamour. Bordered by the Intracoastal Waterway of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the emerald green landscape of the Belleair Country Club on the other, the views are truly remarkable.

Put your feet up. This quiet corner offers the perfect spot for catching up on reading or sipping a cocktail while enjoying the magnificent views. This comfortable lounge chair and ottoman are upholstered in a thin navy and white stripe, accented with a boldly striped accent pillow, giving a subtle nod to the coastal location with the hint of a nautical aesthetic.
A circular motif is evident in this sophisticated dining room with its dramatic drum chandelier featuring gold leaf organic “stalagtites” circling above the gold leaf “stick like” table base with round glass top. A lovely abstract giclée by artist Emma McCartney creates a colorful and dynamic focal point, which can be enjoyed from multiple vantage points throughout the open concept living space.

Marci Tempesta, senior designer at the acclaimed Decker Ross Interiors, has a well- deserved reputation as the “go to” designer at Belleview Place. She has completed a number of lobbies and models in various buildings on the property and helped many residents achieve their design goals for their private residences.

A hand forged iron coiled mirror with hammered gold leaf finish hangs over a rich console of exotic eucalyptus veneers with bronze metal accents, welcoming guests to this stunning home.
This handsome brushed brass and glass two-tiered bar cart is the perfect place for crafting cocktails to enjoy with friends. Soft custom drapery panels with gold metallic threads and a stacked pair of contemporary abstract artworks complete this cozy corner vignette.

Featured here is a luxurious 2,000-square-foot condo that is happily inhabited by some of her recent clients. The design aesthetic reflects a timeless transitional style, featuring a color palette of cool blues that play nicely off the warm gold and neutral tones. Customized designer furniture and window treatments are accented by art, accessories and lighting selections that provide points of interest and delight the eye at every turn. Tempesta’s carefully executed design plan took into consideration the fact that these clients are very social and enjoy entertaining in their home. She tailors her designs to the specific preferences and needs of each client, creating an environment that suits their individual design aesthetic and lifestyle.
