Decker Ross Team Provides Transformative Design Updates for Florida Apartment Complexes

The talented design duo of Jen Kravchuk and Cara Mayes have successfully transformed another central Florida apartment complex – Estates At Park Avenue – in Orlando. They have become the “go to” team to create highly sought after apartment homes through their expertise in a variety of styles and ability to develop a cohesive design plan throughout the community. The scope of this particular project included the clubhouse, leasing office, movie room, billiard room, and 2 bedroom model.

At Estates At Park Avenue, Jen and Cara implemented a transitional, modern design that provides a sophisticated, urban aesthetic for the variety of young singles and families who call it home. They incorporated soft aqua and citrus green into the color palette and added interest through textural contrast. To avoid creating a cottage/garden atmosphere, they painted existing latticework a soft grey to become a sculptural part of the updated design. Attractive, yet durable, furnishings were selected along with beautiful window treatments, art, accessories and lighting to provide finishing touches to the overall design. The management company, as well as the residents, are thrilled with the phenomenal results.
